We teamed up with our friends Ethan and Ori, spice purveyors of Burlap & Barrel, to create a chocolate bar greater than the sum of its parts. Alone, Burlap & Barrel's Royal Cinnamon and Smoked Chipotle Flakes are a revelation. The quality is unlike anything you've likely ever had. Paired together with our classic milk chocolate, this bar transcends space and time. Yes, we're dramatic. But it's true!
Classic, well balanced 51% milk chocolate topped with intensely sweet royal cinnamon harvested around the ancient Vietnamese capital city of Huế, Vietnam and medium-hot smoked chipotle flakes from Fire Tongue Farms in California. Intense sweetness and spiciness matched with our classic milk chocolate - balanced and easy to eat, yet a delicious roller coaster that leaves you guessing at every turn.
Fun fact: Burlap & Barrel is a Public Benefit Corporation building new international spice supply chains that are equitable, transparent and traceable.
